Console MNK16 for remote fuel dispensing control

Electronic and mechanical dispensers controller

The console MNK16 can be used for remote control of electronic dispensers, including modular multiproduct dispensers up to six nozzles per side, and/or mechanical dispensers equipped with shaft encoder and connected to MNK16 via BOSS interface unit.

Console functions

• simultaneous independent control up to sixteen fuelling points via communication line,
• three-mode operation: preset/prepay mode, manual enabling of the fuel transactions, automatic enabling of the fuel transactions,
• dispensing operation mode can be configured independently for each of the fuelling points,
• in the preset/prepay mode operation automatic computation of the amount from the dispensing preset volume and current unit price, and of the volume from the dispensing prepay value and current unit price,
• selection of the particular nozzle or product in case of preset/prepay mode dispensing on the modular multiproduct dispensers,
• dispensing in process is signalised via lighting the fuelling point key,
• independent displaying of the volume and amount of the transaction for each of the fuelling points on the two-rows twenty characters display,
• counting and possible displaying of the totalizators of the volume and the amount for each fuelling point or nozzle,
• counting and possible displaying of the total volume of the fuel products dispensed for each fuelling point or nozzle per shift,
• emergency stop of dispensing via STOP key pressing independently for each fuelling point,
• emergency stop of dispensing for all the fuelling points simultaneously,
• sound signal of the nozzle-up and/or transaction end can be configured,
• access protection of the configuration and service settings by lock,
• possibility of the up to eight products names setting,
• receipt printer EPSON TM300 (TM220) can be connected via RS232 interface, or alternatively the console can be connected to the cash register via RS232 interface (UTAX protocol),
• easy operation and easy configuration of the service information (fuelling station map, device connected) and of the station management information (unit prices, product names, mode of operation)
