Control Unit MNK2 for remote fuel dispensing control

Mechanical and electronic dispensers controller

The control unit MNK2 is used for remote control of both, mechanical dispensers (completed with shaft encoders) and dispensers equipped with electronic control (electronic calculators).

Control unit functions

• simultaneous independent control of the two connected fuelling points (nozzles),
• two-mode operation: prepay mode (total amount in currency units is set) or preset mode (volume in liters is set),
• unit price setting in the functional mode of "Unit price setting" using the (*) and (ESC) keys of the control unit keyboard,
• possibility of displaying the unit price for checking purposes while pressing the (PRICE) key,
• blocking of the dispensing with zero unit price,
• computation of the total amount in currency units or the volume in liters from the preset/prepay value and valid unit price after the dispensing preset value (volume in liters) or the dispensing prepay value (total amount in currency units) has been set,
• recall of the last dispensing transaction values to repeat the transaction (a new dispensing of the same volume and total amount),
• current display of the remaining total amount in currency units and volume in liters with the simultaneous acoustic signaling of the current dispensing,
• records and possibility of displaying of totals: the volume of product dispensed and the total amount of fuel dispensed independently for each of the two fuelling points (nozzles),
• adding and possibility of displaying of the total volume of product dispensed and total amount of fuel dispensed during the shift independently for each of the two fuelling points (nozzles),
• emergency stop of the dispensing from the control unit pressing the (STOP) key independently for each of the two fuelling points (nozzles),
• stop of the dispensing automatically after the transaction preset/prepayed volume has been reached at the fuelling point (nozzle),
• acoustic signaling and indication of no dispensing pulses detected within 15 seconds time period independently for each fuelling point (nozzle),
• stop of the dispensing automatically after no dispensing pulses are detected within 30 seconds time period at the fuelling point (nozzle). The simultaneous indication of the fuelling point (nozzle) where such condition has been detected and the acoustic and optical signaling of such condition.
