PRIMA WIN Control System for filling stations and sales point

The PRIMA WIN system is dedicated for controlling fuel filling stations. It enables to control the dispensers and other technology devices of filling station and the sales of fuel and other commodity and to conduct the basic management of the whole filling station. Articles of stock can be subdivided into groups (number of article groups being fixed by the system user as necessary). The system can control 16, and as a variant, as many as 30 fuelling points.

For the operators is very comfortable the COMPACT version, in which the customer's display, magnetic card reader, computer section and a touch-sensitive screen are integrated into an ergonomically arranged unit. In the standard version, these system components are supplied separately.

Standard HW configuration:

• control system basic unit 
• colour monitor 15"
• ergonomic keyboard (alternatively touch-sensitive screen)
• receipt printer
• customer's display
• magnetic card reader
• bar code scanner
• money drawer
• UPS

The configuration can be extended and tank level gauges, price poles, internal and external card acceptors and other peripherals used at the filling stations can be connected. The data communication device (modem) for the data transmission between the central office and the filling station can be connected, too.

Features of the basic software:

• automatic and manual release of dispensers,
• prepayment by the amount of money or preset of the volume of fuel, which can be entered before or even after lifting the nozzle,
• stop of the dispenser or the whole gas station from the operator's control panel,
• choice of several types of payment including their different modifications,
• payment from the external payment terminals,
• any combination of fuels and goods at the sales receipt,
• performance and printing of the shift balances,
• printing of reviews of daily, monthly, and yearly sales and sales by any period of time,
• setting of names of products and of articles,
• setting of VAT independently for fuel(s) and different groups of articles,
• programming of the text for the sales receipt header and foot,
• recording of all events and situations at the gas station of at least 12 last months with the possibility of printing and finding out the entries by different criteria,
• article sale using of a bar code scanner,
• supply in ten language versions as follows: Czech, Slovak, English, Bulgarian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Hungarian, Romanian, Russian, and Ukrainian,
• easy operating thanks to Windows 98® environment,
• operating without keyboard by means of a touch-sensitive screen,
• supply of a compact system - all devices being integrated in one cabinet,
• control of the filling station and article sales from several points of sales,
• interconnection with card terminals,
• possible use of LON® protocol (IFSF standards) for communication with the technology and peripherals,
• for the countries with fiscal law in force the system is provided with a fiscal software and fiscal memory.
