Tensometer sensing of the lift car
VTA-TENZO D/K

The total lift car weighting-module VTA TENZO D/K enables the detection of the over range of the lift capacity and the overload of the lift car necessary for the lift to drive (LED directly on the electronics module indicates the states). The current weight and the state of the weighing module are displayed on the 5-digits LED display.

The microprocessor electronic module evaluates the current loading of tensometer sensor, compares the detected weight with the limit values for the existing lift type, and activates the relevant relay outputs. Simultaneously it displays the current weight on the display. The lift capacity can be set using the DIP switches.

The detection of the unloaded floor weight and/or the calibration of the weighing-device can be performed using the button placed on the electronic module.

Advantages:

  • One system encompasses the indication of the over range of the lift capacity and the overload of the lift car.
  • Displaying of the current weight. (It makes possible the more general utilization of the module, e.g. for the checking out-weighting of the balance weight in case of the substitution of the standard drive by the inverter drive.)
  • The basic states are displayed.

  • It is possible to display the loading of the particular sensors . It is usable e.g. in case of removing of the inadvisable deformations at the installation time.

  • The large range of the lift capacities serviced using one system.

  • The certificate of CSN EN 12015 and CSN EN 12016 (the electromagnetic compatibility).

  • The electronics are boxed with the covering of IP54.

  • 24 month guarantee.
